I've spent the last 10 years of my life competing in various sports professionally, and in my time I've tried almost every type of diet and training style there is. The most interesting part of this is everyone has their own formula to success, like the old (gruesome) saying ‘there are many ways to skin a cat’. Of course I don't know any of them literally, I prefer dogs! But every expert will tell you this diet or workout is better, and the truth is you can lose weight doing almost anything -- even heroin (DON'T) -- but for obvious reasons some ways are healthier than others.
